These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Vivtej Educational Services Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our websites, the Tej – Current Affairs Reels mobile application, the Vivtej TeleCRM platform, and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Services").

2. Services Description
The Company provides two primary categories of Services:
- B2C (Tej – Current Affairs Reels): An educational platform providing current affairs, general knowledge, and exam-related content via short-form video (reels).
- B2B (Vivtej TeleCRM): A business-to-business Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) designed for lead management, team monitoring, and call logging.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use Tej Reels. For Vivtej TeleCRM, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. B2B Specific Terms: Vivtej TeleCRM
- Data Controller vs. Data Processor: In the context of TeleCRM, the Customer (Business) is the "Data Controller" of their lead data. Vivtej acts as the "Data Processor."
- Compliance with Laws: You represent and warrant that all lead data uploaded to the CRM has been collected with proper consent. You agree to comply with all telemarketing laws, "Do Not Disturb" (DND) registries, and data protection regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Telephony Permissions: The TeleCRM mobile application requires access to Call Logs and Phone Permissions to log business interactions. By using the app, you grant us permission to process this data for your internal business analytics.
- Integration: If you link third-party accounts (Meta/Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads), you grant us permission to access and retrieve data from those platforms as required to populate your CRM.
5. B2C Specific Terms: Tej – Current Affairs Reels
- Informational Purpose: Content provided is for educational and general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information.
- No Government Affiliation: Vivtej Educational Services Private Limited is a private entity. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any government agency, recruitment board, or exam-conducting authority.
- Exam Results: We make no guarantees regarding success in any competitive examinations or job placements based on the use of the App.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Services (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of India and international copyright laws.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Systematically retrieving data to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission.
- Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features.
- Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
- Using the Services to send "spam" or unauthorized telemarketing calls.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivtej Educational Services Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (such as exam failure, loss of business leads, or data breaches caused by user negligence). USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
10. Term and Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the services (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.
