Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you proceed, please understand that deleting your account will result in the loss of all data associated with your profile across our platforms (Tej Reels and Vivtej TeleCRM).

1. What happens when you delete your account?

  • Tej Reels (B2C): All your saved videos, current affairs bookmarks, quiz scores, and personalized preferences will be wiped from our database.
  • Vivtej TeleCRM (B2B): Your individual login access, call logs assigned to your profile, and personal performance metrics will be removed.
Note for Business Owners: Deleting a user account does not automatically delete company-wide lead data. To remove organizational data, please contact your account manager.

Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active Razorpay subscriptions. You must cancel your active plan in the "Billing" section or via your bank before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

2. The Deletion Process

For Vivtej TeleCRM (B2B)

Accounts are managed and provisioned by the User’s Employer/Organization Administrator. Individual users seeking to delete their profile must contact their organization's Admin. The Organization Admin may request a full workspace data purge by contacting support@vivtejsoftwaresolutions.com.

For Tej Reels (B2C)

Users can independently request account deletion via our web portal through Email OTP verification used below:

  1. Enter Email: Provide your registered email address in the form below.
  2. Verify OTP: A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your inbox.
  3. Confirm: Once the code is verified, your account will be queued for immediate deletion.

By clicking "Send Verification Code," you agree that you have read the implications of account deletion.

3. Data Retention Policy

While your personal profile is deleted, Vivtej Educational Services Private Limited is required by Indian law to retain certain information:

  • Invoices & Tax Records: Records of payments made via Razorpay will be kept for legal and audit purposes.
  • Security Logs: Minimal logs are retained to prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity.
