Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vivtej Educational Services Private Limited ("Company") uses Razorpay as our primary payment gateway for both one-time and recurring subscription payments for Tej – Current Affairs Reels and Vivtej TeleCRM.

1. Subscription & Automatic Renewals (Razorpay e-Mandates)

  • Recurring Payments: By subscribing via Razorpay, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your saved payment method at the start of each billing cycle (Monthly or Annually).
  • Pre-Debit Notifications: Per RBI guidelines, Razorpay will send a notification (SMS/Email) at least 24 hours before your account is debited.
  • Management: You can manage or cancel your e-mandate/subscription at any time through the "My Subscriptions" section in our app or via the link provided in the Razorpay transaction email.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • B2C (Tej Reels): You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but no refund will be issued for the current period. Access remains active until the cycle ends.
  • B2B (TeleCRM): To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date to ensure the Razorpay mandate is successfully stopped.

3. Refund Policy

  • Digital Goods: Since our services provide immediate access to digital content and CRM tools, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Exception for Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from your account but the subscription is not activated (due to a technical glitch), please contact support@vivtejsoftwaresolutions.com. We will reconcile with Razorpay and either activate your service or issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Timeline & Method: Approved refunds for accidental or duplicate payments will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase via Razorpay.

4. Chargebacks

If a user initiates a chargeback via their bank without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the user’s account and all associated data across both Tej Reels and TeleCRM to prevent fraud.
